Dr. A. Govardhan is a distinguished Senior Professor of Computer Science & Engineering, serving as the Vice-Chancellor of RGUKT, which oversees the Basar and newly established Mahabubnagar campuses. With his extensive academic and administrative experience, he brings visionary leadership to the institution.
He has held several prestigious positions including Rector of JNTU Hyderabad, Executive Council Member, Finance Committee Member, Registrar (I/c), Principal, Director of School of Information Technology, Director of Evaluation, and Head of the Department of CSE at various JNTU institutions.
Prof. Govardhan completed his 10th standard from Z.P.H.S. Choutuppal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, and has since risen to become one of India's most respected academic administrators. He has served as Chairman and Member of Boards of Studies at various State and Central Universities and on several National and State Level Boards and Committees.
